    Eric Haas

Yesterday, I clicked on my Nike Fuel button and it showed that I was getting really close to my cal burn goal.

It caused me to do two things at dinner: 1) reduce the portion size 2) actually read the label on the package of crackers I was about to consume.

    Serving size 6 = 140 cals????

    Wake up call!
